Can I track my order?
Yes, once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email and order detail, as well as your shipping & tracking information.

Is my credit card payment safe & secure?
Yes, CocosShoppe.com uses SSL technology to encrypt your personal and financial information so it can be seen by anyone but CocosShoppe.com.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

Do you charge Sales tax?
Sales tax is only charged to orders placed and shipped in Colorado.

When will my order ship?
Items will ship within 48 hours of placing your order pending availability and credit card verification.

Do you have any shipping restrictions?
We use USPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses.

What is your return policy?

Any item that has not been worn, washed or altered may be returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment for a full refund. All tags must be intact

Include your name, address, phone number and order number with your return.

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with return shipping. We recommend insuring you return and obtaining a tracking number as we cannot accept responsibility for any items we do not ship.

We do not accept returns on any lingerie or items marked for final sale.

What if an item is out of stock?
If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via email, as well as see if it can be special ordered.

What are your shipping charges?
Free shipping on all orders sent out with standard ground shipping (except for Hawaii and Alaska where the shipping charge will apply)
Any overnight or priority shipping will be charged the amount UPS sets for dollar amount, distance and package weight.
